Uses the 'Efftox' (efficacy and toxicity tradeoff, https://biostatistics.mdanderson.org/SoftwareDownload/SingleSoftware/Index/2) and SPSO (Semi-Parametric Stochastic Ordering) models with Utility and Desirability based objective functions for dose finding.
